All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons and promotional periods, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
We offer the following shipping options for all orders within the continental United States:
Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $5.99 — Free on orders over $75
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may require additional transit time and fees. All domestic shipments are sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected service.
GoldenCrestCapitalLlc ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination:
Canada: $14.99 — 7–14 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: $19.99 — 10–18 business days
Australia & New Zealand: $22.99 — 12–21 business days
All Other Countries: $24.99 — 14–28 business days
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at [email protected].
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight orders. Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain countries due to local regulations. If we are unable to ship your order to your specified address, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel orders if shipping restrictions apply.
GoldenCrestCapitalLlc is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once they have been accepted by the carrier. However, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. GoldenCrestCapitalLlc is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.
